  2. Pilot and Private Desk: reply with the concerns your team cannot afford to stop watching: entities, programs, exposures, questions, as many as the work takes. Baselining starts the day we receive them; your first private briefing follows within days.
  3. Watches and the Metered API: the onboarding email confirms each Watch you bought and, for API use, the identified key it is bound to. The public wire is yours to explore right now: see what’s moving.

The month you're in is always refundable. Email us and we refund the month in full. A person handles it; it is not automatic.
